The best possible pre-owned cosmetic condition. No scratches or dents, and as close to new as you can get.
A-Grade
Very minimal signs of use. A barely visible scratch or scuff may be present, while the device remains in good cosmetic condition.
B-Grade
Light scratches, scuffs or dents may be visible. Inspect the individual listing for its specific marks and photographs.
C-Grade
More visible signs of use, such as deeper scratches, dents or scuffs. Check the individual device description carefully.
