Shipping & Delivery Details

Shipment Processing Times
All orders are delivered within 1-3 business days via The Courier Guy. Please allow up to 5 working days for outlying areas. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If there is a delay in the shipment of your order, we will be in contact with you via WhatsApp or telephone. 
Unfortunately deliveries are not done over weekends and public holidays.

Same Day Delivery
Johannesburg & Pretoria orders placed BEFORE 10am on a business day will be delivered the same day.
Johannesburg & Pretoria orders placed AFTER 10am on a business day will be delivered the next business day.

Please note same-day delivery is not available in high risk and outlying areas .

Overnight Delivery
Orders must be placed BEFORE 14:00 on a business day and will be delivered the next business day.

Shipment Fees
Free nationwide delivery for all orders over R500. Overnight delivery is charged at R199
